Our L-GLUTAMINE is naturally fermented from seed and glucose using a patented 18 stage extraction and filtration process. GLUTAMINE 320 is virtually impurity free and micronised to 320 mesh size making it finer in texture to improve mixing and absorption.

Mix 1.9g in 150mL non-acidic fruit juice or water and consume before, during or after training. Can also be used upon rising on an empty stomach. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
