Delivery Process

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Delivery times vary by location, and the expected timeframes are as follows:

Metro Areas: 2-5 business days
Regional Areas: 4-10 business days

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

Return Policy

Packaging: The original box packaging must be used to protect the item from further damage during the return process. If the original packaging is unavailable, a 30% fee of the original purchase price will be deducted from the refund.

Keep Packaging: We recommend keeping the original packaging to ensure a safe return.
Responsibility: The return of goods is the responsibility of the buyer until received by us.
Return Label: A prepaid return label can be provided and the cost will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, the buyer can choose their own postal courier and will be liable for the return cost.

Refund Deductions:

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund once we have received the product back in our warehouse.
If you opt for us to provide a return label, the return postage fee will be deducted from the refund.
