1. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
2. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and sealed
3. A 15% re-stocking fee and applicable freight fees will be charged for COM returns

This was unexpected as the outdoor set on the supplier's website is about $1500. This was a bargain at $374. It was delivered in a timely manner and whilst it took a few hours to build it wasn't difficult. Very happy with my first purchase from My Deal

Did not receive full order. Ordered in November got 2 out of three boxes therefore unable to assemble ... very disappointed. Logged many enquires with Toll and My deal... still no answers . Will be logging a formal complaint with financial institution and ACCC... do not buy . They take your money and ignore you... other items I have bought have been smooth sailing... this item a disaster
