I hired a handyman to construct the egg chair as this is not my area of expertise. I am not actually happy with the chair! As soon as I sat in the chair it swung back and immediately hit the 2 poles behind it. Also the cushions are not padded enough and all I can feel are the slats of the wicker frame coming through! Should this be happening?? This egg chair was over $1000 including delivery and so quite an expensive purchase! I would have thought much better quality cushions would have come with the chair? I would really like to return it. I had researched egg chairs before I purchased this one and the ones I sat in at various stores were very comfortable with great cushions and didn’t hit the bar at the back as soon as I sat in it. Can I return this product??

Everyone has been fighting over it eve since it arrived. It’s by far the best seat in the house!

I’m very happy with this swing chair. Only thing is the instruction attached was for a different chair.
