Exactly what I wanted and excepted. Even though the product description says it is for outdoor use... I have treated it so that water can't enter the joins etc. The stand legs also aren't strong enough to hold the wheel with the plant baskets on it. But hey.... for the price, it's pretty cool to have a wagonwheel in the garden.
