Warranty Policy
Klika guarantees that the goods will be free from defects caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship for a reasonable period of time based on the product's value and intended purpose.
If product's price is $50 or greater, the product comes with at least a 12 month warranty for domestic use / 3 month warranty for commercial use
If the product's price is below $50, the product comes with a 6 month warranty for domestic use / 3 month warranty for commercial use
This warranty does not cover minor accessories, attachments or consumable parts, including but not limited to, chainsaw chains, pull starts, cutting blades or discs, instrument strings, product bags and cases, carry straps and etc. Examination by the company of such goods (or photos of the faulty goods if requested) shall disclose to its satisfaction that such defects exist and have not been caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper storage, installation or handling, other incorrect or lack of proper maintenance, opening cartons with blades, or by repair or alteration not affected by the company.

At Klika we stand behind our products! That is why we offer a 30 Day Money Back Policy for select products.
All change of mind returns are subject to the Klika Terms and Conditions
You can contact us within 30 days of the date noted on your invoice and organise to return the Product and receive either a refund of the purchase price of Your Product (excluding initial delivery charges and less a delivery expense we incurred if the item was advertised as "free delivery", to be confirmed by Klika prior to the refund being processed).
Whilst change of mind returns are available for specific products, for all other products, change of mind returns are not permitted.
To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must be in original unopened and unmarked packaging, along with all included accessories and manuals, be in new pristine condition suitable for resale, and must not be damaged or used in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer's possession.
In order to organise a return under the 30 Day Money Back Return Policy You must notify Klika via your account within 30 days of the date noted on the invoice of Your Product and request a return under this Policy. You must comply with the directions of Klika’s staff in order for the return to be effected.
The Product must be returned to Klika within 10 calendar days of Your request to return Your Product under this Policy being approved by Klika.
You must return the Products for which You are seeking a refund at Your own cost and You must comply with the directions for returning the Product that Klika staff provide to You. You will remain responsible for the goods until such time as they are received at the address supplied by Klika’s staff. Klika will accept no liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.
After receiving the returned Product, Klika will as soon as practicable assess the returned product and issue a refund as soon and You will be provided with an e-mail acknowledgement of same.
Should Your Product be returned in a condition which Klika’s staff deem to be in breach of the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy, You will be required to pay the shipping costs for its return to you or arrange collection within 7 days of being notified of Klika’s staff’s determination.
Klika reserves the right to make changes to this Returns Policy without notice or delete it its entirety at its sole discretion.
Our Returns Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Very pleased with my wagon. The only drawback for me is that it has not got a brake, makes working on a slope a bit tricky.

Large, well made unit -- yes, a tad involved to put together -- but worth the few hours effort. Only improvement: flat proof tyres would make it perfect. Delivered quickly. Very happy with purchase.

The garden trolley is brilliant, I highly recommend it, I have use it to move soil around the garden and it has made my job easy, it's strong and considering it's a 125L it's easy to move around.

I have no issue with this product however my biggest issue is with the instructions WHICH ARE NON EXISTENT. Instead of a "How to build step by step" instruction leaflet you get at no expenses spared a PARTS EXPLOSION DIAGRAM that is so small that I had to photocopy it at 500 times to be able to read what was on the piece of paper smaller than a toilet paper sheet - and probably worth as much. The assembly took 5 days of trail & error instead of an estimated 2 hours. I contacted the complaints area but unfortunately they could only get another copy of the parts explosion diagram - so this proved to be a fruitless exercise. Finally the assembly was completed with great difficulty however it cannot retain water and leaks everywhere - it is advertised to carry water - therefore I assume that in my assembly I had interpreted the diagram incorrectly. Nevertheless, last week I carried 10 x 15Kgs bags of soil & compost with very little effort and great efficiency. I highly recommend the product but greatly criticise the instruction manual.
