Returns policy for our customers.
WHAT can be returned?
All our products are QA checked and tested in the factory. However if you find that the item may have a manufacturing fault it should be returned within 14 days of receipt, please contact us.
Return postage is at the customer's expense until we review your reason for returning the item and out tech team test it to validate that the item is faulty. You will be liable for all delivery and insurance charges incurred in respect of returned goods, so please ensure they are packed well.

We strive to ensure all our products are QA checked both at the factory and our warehouse but any defective items should be reported to us for return within 14 days of receiving your product.
HOW do customers return items?
Please return all items in original packaging if possible.
SHIPPING for returns?
Until we review and assess the reason for the return, the cost of return postage is paid for by the Customer.
