What are the delivery charges and timeframes?

We offer Standard Postage as our standard delivery service for $9.95. If your order exceeds $69, you will receive Free Delivery (if located within Australia).

Warranty Statement - 12 Month Guarantee

All jewellery comes with an exclusive 12-month guarantee on quality and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or workmanship of any item we will refund, exchange or repair your purchase at our discretion. Damage resulting from the unfair treatment of jewellery is not covered by this guarantee. Products altered, tempered or repaired by a third party other than Shiels voids this warranty.

Faulty Returns

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately through your MyDeal Account. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may repair the item, replace it, or provide a refund.

Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date, please reach out to us through your MyDeal Account to request return approval. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Please note, we are not obligated to accept change of mind returns for items outside the specified return window or those that do not meet the conditions of our Change of Mind Returns policy.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law regarding faulty items.

 

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition and must not be damaged, missing parts, or rendered unsellable due to customer negligence, misuse, or tampering.

  • Items must not have been resized or otherwise altered after delivery.

  • Smart Watches and/or electronics must not have been connected or locked to any mobile device, or otherwise altered after delivery.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Unless the item received is found to be faulty.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.  (e.g., boxes, manuals, warranty cards, chargers, certificates of authenticity) must be included with the return.

  • We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we highly recommend using a tracked and/or insured shipping method.

  • Additional fees may apply in certain circumstances.

Body Jewellery Returns

Please note that all body jewellery purchases are non-refundable. This policy ensures your safety by guaranteeing that every item you receive is brand new, unused, and free from any risk of contamination.

The following items are non-refundable:

·         Belly piercings

·         Toe rings

Return to Sender Policy

If a Return to Sender (RTS) package is received at our head office, a shipping fee of $9.95 will apply.

  • (a) If the order needs to be re-shipped due to an RTS, a $9.95 re-shipping fee will be charged.

  • (b) If the order is cancelled as a result of an RTS, a $9.95 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

To avoid these fees, please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalising your order.

 

Watch Warranty Statement

Shiels Jewellers is an Authorised Retailer for all the brands and products we sell. All our products are sourced directly from the Licensed Manufacturer or Authorised Distributor. All products sold by Shiels are guaranteed to be genuine, brand new, in original condition and delivered with original packaging, warranty cards and instruction manuals where applicable. In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your watch after receiving it from us, Shiels will assist in claiming the warranty to resolve the issue.

Watch Warranties Don’t Cover Damage

Watch warranties protect against “manufacturer defects”.

Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for details on what is not covered.

If a watch has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by a third party will consider the manufacturer will consider the warranty voided.

WATCH RETURNS

Shiels is an authorised dealer or all the brands and products we sell. When a watch is purchased, it comes with a manufacturing warranty therefore, all faults will be sent to the manufacturer for assessment. The manufacturer will determine whether the product is faulty, and the cause of the fault assessment time varies depending on the manufacturer. The outcome is at the manufacturers discretion whether refund or replacement can be offered. We cannot speed up or determine an outcome on behalf of the manufacturer. if no fault is found, you will be required to pay for postage to have the item returned to you. Please refer to the specific manufacturers' website for information on the repair or warranty instructions.
