Where do we ship?We ship online purchases Australia-wide. \n\nWe aim to dispatch all orders within one to two business days. Often, if you order in the morning, your order could well be out the door by the afternoon.\n\nOnce your order is on board with the couriers, expected transit times are:\n\nMetro areas\nStandard Shipping 2-5 business days\n\nRegional\nStandard Shipping 2-7 business days\n\nRural & Remote\nStandard Shipping 3-14 business days\n\nDelivery service\nWe ship all our products from Australia to Australia wide. Shipment to States such as WA, SA, NT or remote area may take longer.\n\n It may take up to 14 business days. If you have any concern please discuss with us at the time of ordering. \n\nWe use various commercial couriers (Fastway, Startrack, TNT, Couriers Please etc). Someone will need to be available to accept delivery of the goods. \n\nUsually signatures are required but, during CoVid19, couriers are practicing contactless delivery wherever possible.\n\nDeliveries usually occur on weekdays between 7am and 5pm.\n\nPlease note, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
Please note: Pantum printers come with a 1 year warranty We will gladly assist with returns and exchanges of this product in the event of manufacturing defects or the product doesn't function as described in accordance with our returns and exchanges policy. However, we do not except returns for buyer remorse so please choose carefully when making your purchase.
