99% of products are dispatched within 2 business days. Ensure your address is correct during checkout. To aid in speed of delivery, our system cannot accept order cancellations following payment. Your item will be sent via StarTrack Road Express. Please see our estimated delivery time frames below:

Important:
- No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
- Some remote areas or offshore areas will charge extra postage, and some areas cannot be delivered. Before processing your order, we will first contact you and ask your wishes.
- If you do not request an Authority to Leave and are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.
- Additional postage fees may apply for re-direction requests.
Arranging Delivery
To ensure delivery is successful in the first instance we strongly advise to either:
A. Arrange a delivery address where the order can be definitely be received and signed for;
o Anyone over 18yrs can sign for the delivery e.g. yourself, neighbour, work colleague etc
o Shipping Address does not have to be your residential address e.g. workplace, friend, neighbour etc
OR
B. Request ‘Authority to Leave’ when placing the order;
o The consignment will be left at the designated Shipping Address without requiring a signature
o There must be a safe, accessible place to leave the consignment.
We will also contact you once you have placed your order to confirm the shipping details.
You will also be provided with a consignment number and the ability to track and trace your delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Returns for change of mind will be accepted for a full refund of the cost of the item, provided that the item in question is;
• returned within 14 days of receiving the order;
• in as new condition, unopened, unused, with all original packaging, tags and seals intact;
• in a resalable condition; and
• not damaged in any way.
The cost of return for change of mind is at the responsibility of the customer. If the item is lost in transit upon return, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement for the item. If the returned item does not meet the above conditions upon return you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to you.
If the goods are damaged whilst in your care (including damage caused in assembling or disassembling the goods) and/or if you fail to return all part or all of the goods, you agree the cost to replace the missing or damaged components will be deducted from any refund received
For change of mind on returns or exchanges, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
Other Returns
We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, refund or repair where:
• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
• The product does not match its sample or description.
Should you encounter an issue with your product, please contact us as soon as possible and before disposing the product. Your claim will be assessed, and guidance will be provided on the next steps to take.
Upon receipt of a returned item, we will proceed to inspect the goods to determine the nature of the problem. Should we reasonably determine that the goods are defective, we will provide a remedy in accordance with your rights. We reserve the right not to offer a refund, or repair, where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
If upon inspection we find no evidence of defects, we will reject your claim and return the goods to you. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for goods rejected upon inspection. Instructions on how to make this payment will be provided.
You are responsible for the return of your goods at your cost. If you wish, we can arrange for our third party courier to collect the goods from you, but it will be your responsibility to cover these costs. We strongly recommend returned items are sent insured and with a signed for (proof of delivery) service because we cannot accept liability for items damaged or “lost in the post”. Any items returned that have missing parts, or damaged caused through lack of care or attempted build and disassemble will be subject to charges for repairs/replacements.
We appreciate your cooperation in facilitating the returns process, which may involve assisting us with tasks like disassembling assembled items, where necessary. Please note that courier companies will only collect items that have been properly dismantled and packaged to ensure safe transit.
We aim to complete refunds within 10 business days and replacements within 28 business days from the date of receipt of the product. However, depending on the nature of the return and replacement product availability, in some instances, this process may extend beyond this period.
If you have a problem with your goods, consider including a photo or video of the issue. This will assist us in providing you with a speedy resolution. You’ll have the option to attach these files while submitting your request.
Once submitted, our Returns and Warranty Team will be in contact with you within 2 business days to guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Refunds will normally be processed back onto the card originally used to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to refund by an alternative method if more appropriate at the time of cancellation/refund.
Warranty Claims:
All of our products are supported by a minimum 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
