Returns Policy

Returning an item to us is really easy; just make sure your items are in their original condition. We recommend using a tracked service to preserve your rights through the return service. Therefore, we do provide a preferential rate for a tracked return to help to reduce your costs.

Please contact us for a return request and we will provide a label to get the item back to us. You will need your order number, which is detailed on your invoice, and the postcode that the order was shipped to.
