All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Standard (Parcel) free of charge within Australia and includes tracking. Thats right! we pay the freight! We endeavour to dispatch orders on the business day following that on which we receive payment from you in full however this is not guaranteed. Shipping times are in accordance with Australia Post’s guidelines. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, confirming the shipping details and tracking number. Please ensure you track your order for updates. If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, failure to collect or other reasons, a re-delivery fee of $19.99 is payable prior to re-ship. Express Post is available on all orders for a flat fee of $14.99. Delivery is guaranteed within three business day* on all orders (*per the terms as specified in the Express Post Delivery Network). Please ensure you check your shipping address on the checkout page prior to payment as this address cannot be altered once processing has commenced. Minimum order value $20.00.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons DMK International Pty Ltd cannot accept returns of products that have already been used. If you believe your product is faulty or not operating as it should please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve your issue or replace the product.

If you have decided that you no longer want a product please return it to our office within 7 business days in the original and undamaged packaging. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.
