What is Pickleball? Pickleball is a racket sport played between two opposing sides (2-4 players). The aim of the game is to hit the ball over the net in a way that causes the other side to fault. The court is the same size as a badminton court (20' x 44') which is roughly half the size of a tennis court. The net is slightly shorter than a tennis net at 36”. The game begins when a player serves the ball to the opposing side. When serving one foot must be kept behind the back line and the ball must be struck with an underhand swing, aiming at the service court located diagonally over the net and clearing the 'no-volley zone'. Only one fault is allowed. Following the serve, both sides must make at least one ground-stroke prior to volleying the ball. A player or team scores points only when they are serving. A pickleball game is played to 11 points and must be won with a lead of 2 points.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.

Change of Mind Returns Policy
30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.

Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
