The following is a guideline of delivery times:
2- 10 business days for item/s sent by Standard postage (Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter Untracked)
2- 6 business days for item/s sent by Regular Post (Australia Post Standard Parcel + Registered)
1- 3 business days for item/s sent by Express post within Australia
For item/s which include free priority shipping, postage is only FREE for the first delivery. If there is any delivery failure or not caused by TechPlante, postage and handling fee is required to pay to Casefactory to resend your item back.
Delivery information for your products:
Non-faulty items
Casefactory will allow an exchange to the value of an item you have purchased within seven(7) days of purchase if you have changed your mind about the item. The value of the item will exclude any shipping and handing costs incurred by Casefactory when the item was first sent to you, including such costs which were incorporated into the purchase price and 'free shipping' was specified.
Casefactory will not be liable for:
any costs incurred by you in returning the item to Casefactory for exchange; and/or the difference in value between the original item you purchased and your chosen alternative item has a greater value. You must pay the difference between the value of the original you purchased and your chosen alternative item; and/or any costs of shipping an alternative item to you following exchange.
The alternative item you are following is an exchange. The alternative item will only be resent to you after shipping costs are received in full by Casefactory as cleared funds.
Please note that Casefactory will not provide a refund, credit or exchange if the item is not kept in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging and unbroken seals.
Faulty item
If an item is defective as a manufacturer's fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assessment.
If an item is assessed that is not faulty, postage and handling fee is required to pay to Casefactory to resend your item back.
If an item is identified as a manufacturer faulty item after assessment, there are two options for the buyer:
We will fully refund the purchase price, or We will provide a replacement.
Item not what you ordered
In the unlikely event that Casefactor sends you an item which is not what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item through the message, so that we can rectify this for you.
