We offer a range of warranty periods depending on the brand and item. These periods typically range from 12-36 months depending on the brand and specific offerings at the time of purchase.
The purchaser (you) must provide a proof of purchase within the warranty period, in order to validate a warranty claim.
The warranty will be voided if any attempts are made to repair the item by a non-authorised repairer.
Repairs must only be arranged through Portable Power Station, or the manufacturer.
The item must not have been used for any other purpose than its intended use. The item must not have been taken apart, impacted or have been affected by any other altering condition.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service
By submitting a request through Portable Power Station, you agree to the conditions listed below. We made these arrangements to ensure you are fully aware of our discount policies and return procedures. These agreements apply to domestic Australian cities.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you change your mind.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable. Furthermore, any returned item more than 14 days after delivery will be considered non-returnable. Additionally, final sale items are non-returnable.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How can customers return your products?
We request customers who return your products to return them by courier. We do not allow in-store or kiosk returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once it’s received. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How will customers get the return label?
We will send a return label by email to you with instructions on what to do with it.
What condition product are you receiving in return?
We accept returns for unused products in original condition and packaging. If the return is for a change of mind, the packaging must be unopened.
What is the restocking fee?
Unless otherwise stated, there is a 30% restocking fee.
How much will customers pay for return shipping?
We will cover the cost of defective products. But you need to pay the actual return delivery cost for changes of mind.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened packages where the customer has changed their mind, sale items or gift cards.
Late or Missing Refunds:
Recheck your bank account if you haven’t received a refund.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please use Contact Us at the top of the page and email us. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.
Exchanges
We only exchange damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective products. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. We cannot refund shipping costs. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
