Premular contains the specialised extract of Vitex agnus-castus Ze 440 which has been specifically researched in PMS.

Premular contains an exclusive extract from the plant, Vitex agnus-castus, also known as chaste tree. The specific extract used in Premular – known as Ze 440 – has been researched in multiple clinical studies to relieve PMS symptoms and menstrual irregularities.1-4

Adults and adolescents: Take 1 tablet about the same time each day, 1 hour before or after meals.
For best results take Premular for a minimum of 3 months, or as recommended by your health professional.

Vegetarian friendly formula. Premular contains no added gluten, wheat, yeast, soy or artificial colours or sweeteners. Premular tablets contain a small amount of lactose (40mg per tablet).
