Legalon® (MZ 80) is specifically clinically proven to help maintain healthy liver function. Legalon contains the patented extract of Silybum marianum (Milk thistle) that was developed by the German herbal medicine manufacturer Madaus in 1968. It is a benchmark product and the majority of published clinical research on silymarin has used Legalon.

Using a patented co-precipitation process, Madaus ensure Legalon capsules are highly bioavailable, an ongoing challenge with other silymarin products. Legalon capsules are absorbed four times greater than other silymarin products.

Legalon is specifically clinically proven, meaning that it is the exact product that has been used in clinical trials. Directions & dosage

Legalon capsules are easy to take and well tolerated.

Adults: 1 capsule three times a day
