Q: Can FlavorCast be used on all cooktops?
Yes, FlavorCast Pans are suitable for all cooktops including gas, electric, ceramic and induction.
Q: What can the FlavorCast Universal Removeable Handle be used for?
The FlavorCast universal removeable handle is designed to transition FlavorCast pans from place to place in your kitchen, and for manoeuvring your pans whilst cooking on a stove top for short periods of time. They should not be left on the pans after the pans are removed from a hot oven, or left on the pans for extended periods whilst cooking on the stovetop, to avoid heat damaging the handle. The removeable handle is not oven safe.
Q: Are FlavorCast Pans oven safe?
Yes, FlavorCast Pans are oven safe up to 230°C. However, the removable handle, glass lid and silicone grips are not oven safe.
Q: Do I need to use any butter or oil?
FlavorCast has a non-stick surface, specially crafted with the legendary Flavorstone Rock & Stone Particles, for exceptional non-stick performance. So the use of butter or oil to prevent your food from sticking is not required.
Q: What is the best way to clean my FlavorCast pans?
The FlavorCast pans are dishwasher safe. However, in order to preserve the life of the pan, it is recommended to hand wash the pan. The removable handle and glass lid are not dishwasher safe.
Q: What can the FlavorCast Silcone Grips be used for?
The FlavorCast Silicone Grips are designed to be used like oven mitts, to move hot FlavorCast pans from stovetop, to oven, to tabletop. The silicone grips are not to be used while cooking, but only to transfer the pans from stovetop to table.

If not satisfied with the product for any reason, return the product to seller within 30 days of the date of invoice.
This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to a product damaged by abuse, improper or abnormal usage by customer or a third party, or a product damaged by a repair provided by a person not authorised by seller. No refund will be payable to customer until seller has inspected the returned product and determined that the terms of this guarantee have been satisfied.
Damaged Products
Customer must inspect the product on delivery and satisfy itself that the product is not damaged. If the product is damaged, customer must notify seller and must provide evidence of the damage, such as by way of photographs.
Seller does not accept liability for products lost or damaged in the mail or by customer.
Customer must comply with the 'Return of Products' requirements below when returning any damaged product.
Return of Products
Customer must return the product in its original packaging. Items must be returned unused with all original accessories and contents, by registered post to seller within 30 days of the date of invoice to obtain a refund or, return postage at customer’s expense. Please contact the seller to obtain a Return Authorisation before goods can be returned.
For faulty or incorrectly delivered items please contact the seller for return or replacement instructions.
Refunds and returns or replacements do not include postage and/or handling charges and all such charges are at customer’s cost unless we otherwise agree in writing.
Except where required by law or in accordance with this clause, seller is not obliged to accept any return of products. If seller does not accept the return of the product, seller will contact customer in writing.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
