If you own a pizza oven and intend on cooking pizza in it then you will need a tool to put your pizza in and out of the pizza oven. The best tool for putting a pizza in a pizza oven is a pizza peel. A pizza peel is a long handle tool that has a flat paddle at the end. Because the paddle is flat, this allows you to slide it under your pizzas and then slide the pizza off into your oven. There are many different types of pizza peels however the best peel for putting freshly made pizzas into a blazing hot oven is your traditional Long Handled Wooden Pizza Peel. The reason I say that timber peels are the best for this job is that the soft sticky dough will not stick to the peel itself as much as it would on other types of peels. This means the pizza stays in shape and the pizza toppings stay on your pizza. Also, wooden pizza peels look way better than steel peels.
The best way to use a launching peel and prevent your pizzas from sticking is to dust the surface of your timber peel with a little bit of flour or cornmeal. This will reduce the friction even further and ensure your pizza or bread dough slides off very easily. When you have finished cooking, clean your timber pizza peel by using a vinegar solution. Simply spray the peel, let it soak a little then wipe it off. It is also not recommended you cut your pizzas while on the pizza peel. This may damage the surface of your wooden pizza peel.

A large number of BBQ Spit Rotisseries' products are covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. Some even come with a 24 month warranty such as Flaming Coals branded rotisserie motors. Please refer to the product's description to check if a warranty is provided for the product.
The product warranty becomes void if the product shows evidence of being dropped, exposed to the elements, tampering, mishandling or mis-use such as excessive fire or a motor not being counter-weighted. Stainless steel is not immune to rusting/pitting and is therefore not covered under warranty.
Charcoal pans inside spit roasters are designed to take the brunt of the heat to protect the structural integrity of the spit roaster body. Due to the extreme heat generated when cooking with briquettes/charcoal, some bending of the pan is inevitable and will occur regardless of the thickness of the steel. This is not covered under warranty.
All BBQ Spit Rotisseries' products have been tested and deemed suitable for domestic use only. Using these products commercially voids the warranty. The warranty does not cover postal cost, insurance, incidental charges or any other loss incurred.
