Shipping and Delivery
Free Shipping for all Products (Excluding Gas Refills).
If your order is above $70 you'll qualify for free shipping (sweet!). If your order is below $70, the delivery costs are a flat rate of $12.00 per order.
Gas Refills Shipping Charges
If your order 3 or more refills, or any of our Annual Gas Plans you'll qualify for free shipping. If your order is 2 or under gas Bottle Refills, the delivery costs are a flat rate of $12.00 per order.
Free Return of Empty Gas Bottles
We offer free courier return of all our gas bottles within our delivery areas. For out-of-delivery areas such as Rural and Non-Mainland locations, we charge $25 per package due to restrictions and excessive freight charges.
Shipping Times
As soon as you place your order, we swiftly attend to your needs! Your goods are delivered by Couriers Please , a reputable courier service. Typically, your order should arrive within 1-8 working days, depending on your state location and the time of year.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the driver will either leave the package at the delivery address or leave a card with instructions on how to collect your order from the courier company. You also have the option to leave specific delivery instructions when placing your order."
