A whole new concept keyboard [Majestouch NINJA] for middle class users or above!

Majestouch NINJA is a whole new concept keyboard. New style of letter printing - front printing.

The biggest feature of this front printing is this new look that gives a look of "almost" a blank keycap keyboard.

This means, printed letters can be seen only from a user and it is seen as a blank keycaps keyboard from others.

This untraditional printing method does not expose you for fading letters on keycaps as there are no letters on top face where you actually touch to cause a friction when you type in.

You will never feel stress from fading letters that would make your keyboard crummy.

On the other hand, as the feature of this keyboard, front printing, is hard to look at the letters.

This NINJA is perfect for the users who are confident in touch typing and also for users who feel total blank keycaps keyboard is a bit of a challenge.

To make it match to our concept, we omitted the indicators of "Lock, Num, Caps, Scroll" on LED.

Also logo is different from normal lineups to go with the concept and in this way, this keyboard looks "almost" completely black!

We have 2 keys available for you to choose, Blue and Red and you can also choose 104 full size or 87 Ten-keyless version for your scene.

A long key stroke of 4mm and the contact point at 2mm between the key strokes.

Cherry MX Blue Switch :

Known as tactile feel. You can enjoy clicking with an audible click and a tactile feel. The key switch has gold plated contacts which make the contact even with a small force once it is typed. It has a characteristics that makes mechanical clicking sounds. A long key stroke of 4mm and the contact point at 2mm between the key strokes.

Not only appearance but also basic functions have improved!

Double layers is adopted for a new board. Through a hole of each switch has been firmly soldered.

With this, it can release any excess load or vibration that you make when you type in to a board not only to a metal plate inside.

A true N-key rollover

It is the functionality by which all the typed keys are recognized on the PC, even when many keys are typed simultaneously.

All the keys typed simultaneously are recognized on the PS/2.

(Limited to 6 keys typed simultaneously for the USB due to the specifications of USB.)

A completely dedicated electronic circuitry to this model !

On our models a diode is soldered on the printed circuit for every key switch to prevent from counter currency.

A USB cable is connected to the keyboard. Plug&Play is available on each Windows system.

A PS/2 interface is also available to use the PS/2 Conversion Adapter included in the package.

NO RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. You can shop with confidence knowing that if you need to return an item, you won't incur additional charges.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item. This also applies to orders cancelled after the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items, consumables (e.g. label paper) and intimates. We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.

Please Note:

· Refunds can only be made to the original account of payment.

· The customer is responsible for return postage costs.

· Original postage and insurance costs are not refundable.

· We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the conditions above are not met, a postage fee may also apply.

WARRANTY RETURNS

DOA WARRANTY CLAIMS POLICY

For items that are Dead on Arrival (DOA), damaged in transit, faulty or delivered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will assist you in resolving any concerns and may arrange for the product to be returned in suitable packaging, preferably its original packaging.

Please Note:

· The item has been packed back into its original packaging, will all included accessories and documentation.

· A replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty item has been returned to us.

· Assessment may apply in some circumstances before a refund or replacement can be issued.

STANDARD WARRANTY CLAIMS POLICY

Items found to be faulty outside of the DOA period will be covered under our standard warranty terms. All of our products come with a minimum 12-month return-to-base warranty, which covers all manufacturer faults. Please note that consumable items are excluded from this warranty. For troubleshooting and more details about warranty terms, please contact us or the product's manufacturer first.

Please note:

· The customer will be responsible for any return postage costs.

· The processing time is generally 7-14 days from when we receive the faulty unit.

· The claim may result in a repair, new or refurbished replacement, or refund depending on manufacturer approval.

· The customer should provide their invoice number and item's serial number when contacting us.
