Made in Japan to the highest possible standards the Feather WS-D1S is the ultimate safety razor. It is crafted from high grade stainless steel and dark hardwood to exceptionally high engineering tolerances. The hardwood is impregnated with resin to make it waterproof, look closely and you'll see the natural grain of the wood. The handle is contoured to deliver a firm grip when you wet shave, the handle is longer than previous Feather DE razors at 100mm. Both ends of the handle are knurled. The head of the razor features a black coloured base plate which benefits from a high-tech graphite baking process while the face of the head has the Feather logo etch washed onto it with the words 'wood handle stainless steel double edge razor'.
The WS-D1S comes complete with a Feather branded stand which is crafted from solid, highly polished stainless steel with a band of the same hardwood used in the handle which provides a stunning contrast to the polished steel.
The razor and stand are housed in a hand-lacquered presentation box, you will also receive 5 Feather razor blades and a guarantee featuring an exclusive number for your beautifully made razor.

RETURNS POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within a reasonable time. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.
Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind
Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for further instructions.
Shipping / Postage
You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping/Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/postage will be deducted from your refund. If the item is damaged in transit and your claim is approved, regular postage/shipping will be refunded.
