Jdmoibles will replace any faulty items free of charge during the warranty period. Please note all wooden iPhone cases must be handled with care, as wood is a delicate material, dropping or otherwise neglecting your wood case is likely to cause damage to the case.
Returns Policy
We understand that mistakes happen, which is why we accept returns within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. For change of mind, your purchase along with the free screen protector and free splash resistant phone bag can be sent back to us for an exchange or refund.
Return postage, freight and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item/s have been used, we cannot honour returns for change of mind. The product/s must be in its original condition. There is a 50% deduction if the packaging is damaged during the return delivery, please ensure that it is wrapped and packaged securely.
Should you have any doubts regarding the condition of your item, simply email us ahead of returning the item/s to avoid any unnecessary expenses.
Please note as per our company policy, the customer is responsible for all returns. We are not responsible for any missing parcels sent back to our warehouse and we suggest that you provide us with an Australia Post or courier tracking number for your returns.
