Dispatch timeframe is normally within 3 working days. In most cases deliveries occur within a week but allow 7 - 10 business days as transit times and courier workload may vary depending on your location.

We do not give authority to leave on your behalf, you can make arrangements directly with the transport company once we give you the tracking details. You are liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of you giving the transport company authority to leave.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses because of signature requirements.

Upon receiving the items in their original condition we will issue a refund minus our original shipping cost associated with sending the item(s) to you. (These fees can be advised prior to purchase by simply contacting us with all relevant information).

For returns, contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). You must obtain a RAN number within 30 days of receiving your purchased item to ensure that you are eligible for a refund. Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RAN number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
