Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We are an elderly couple. We think that this mop is the ducks guts! (That's a high compliment for the younger folk.) On its first outing it was used to scour, clean and polish three different surfaces and came through with flying colours. It is light and easy to use. Highly recommend for smaller areas.

I received my mop this week so have only used it once, but it is so easy to put together, and so much easier than my normal mop. It glides along with no effort from you. My floors look much better and there is no streaking. (I have hardwood floors). Haven't tried the polishing cloths yet but am hoping for a lovely shining floors,
