Fancy by Jessica Simpson is a Oriental Vanilla fragrance for women. Fancy was launched in 2008. The nose behind this fragrance is Alexis Dadier. Top notes are Apricot, Pear and Red Berries; middle notes are Caramel, Almond, Gardenia and Jasmine; base notes are Vanilla, Amber and Sandalwood. Jessica Simpson is an American pop star, television star, actress and fashion entrepreneur. Born in 1980 in Texas, Simpson made her initial success in the gospel circuit, but her biggest success would come as a pop star during the late 1990s boom of teen pop in the recording industry. Her debut pop album, "Sweet Kisses," sold two million copies in the United States. Simpson toured with band 98 degrees and met her future husband, band member Nick Lachey, who would become her co-star in the television series "Newlyweds," which documented their first year of marriage. Simpson's next two albums, "Irresisitble" and "In This Skin" would go on to earn Gold and Multi-Platinum status respectively. Simpson released a gold-selling Christmas album in 2004, and began work on her first feature film, The Dukes of Hazzard, in which she portrayed Daisy Duke and also recorded a song for the film's soundtrack. Simpson entered the perfume world in 2004, partnering with the founder of the Clean line, Randi Shinder, to produce a line of edible lip glosses, perfumes and cosmetics called Dessert Beauty and aimed at a young market. Simpson partnered with Parlux fragrances in 2008 to launch a more mature perfume, Fancy, whose success has spawned multiple flankers. Please choose wisely as refunds for receiving what you purchased but simply changed your mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided you didn't like the purchase or had no use for it will not be refunded.

Exchanges can be organised within 20 days of receiving the item, but all shipping costs and price differences must be covered by the customer. Under the Australian Consumer law, you may have the right to return/exchange an item if you believe the item to be faulty. This right is not limited by a defined time frame.

When exchanging items, replacement items will be dispatched once original items are received back by The Perfume Warehouse. Items must be in original condition, including but not limited to all plastic seals and wrappers, labels, stickers, etc. for item to be exchanged. Once a perfume has been opened and/or sprayed all returns are strictly prohibited.

If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item, contact The Perfume Warehouse and they will rectify any possible mistakes. Do not, under any circumstances break the plastic seal or spray a perfume you believe to be the incorrect item. If this occurs, The Perfume Warehouse are unable to accept the return for health and safety reasons.

All items are dispatched unused, undamaged and in original condition. If there are any aesthetic imperfections on your item before being sent, you will be contacted by staff prior to dispatch.

If item has been broken during delivery, please keep all packaging, including the packaging it was sent in. The Perfume Warehouse will require images of the broken item and the relevant packaging. We may require you to take the entirety of the parcel, including what it was sent and wrapped in, to a post office for further inspection.

In the case that an item is faulty, The Perfume Warehouse may deem it necessary to send the item back to the manufacturer or their service agent for an assessment; this will be done promptly within a reasonable period. In this case, if the item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer you may then be given a refund or exchange, depending on the situation and judgement of The Perfume Warehouse.

If the item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use of the product, as defined by The Perfume Warehouse we will not provide a refund or exchange.

If The Perfume Warehouse finds that the product does not have a problem once sent back, we charge a 20% fee for collection and inspection costs. This will be made known to you before you ship the product.
