The Starter Pack Plus is designed for Caravanners, Campers, and others who want to start with a multipurpose pack that covers the use of the Ezy Anchors in the hard red and gravelly dirt of the Outback and also sandy loam soils such as Coastal Caravan parks.

PACKAGE INCLUDES:
  • 1 Driver
  • 8 Ezy Anchors
  • 4 x 200mm Long Outback Screws
  • 4 x 280mm Long Coastal Screws
  • Storage Bag

These caravan packs have been determined by months of personal use and testing in both types of the areas detailed above and also research throughout Central and Outback Australia.

INSTALLATION:
  1. Take your cordless drill or impact driver
  2. Connect the Torx driver bit to the drill/driver and secure it in the chuck
  3. Pick up your Ezy Anchor with the screw-in position through the Ezy Anchor
  4. Connect your guy rope to the hook
  5. Hold the guy rope and hook together with your guiding hand
  6. Pick up the drill and driver in your driving hand
  7. Insert the Torx driver into the head of the screw
  8. Place drill in forwarding drilling position
  9. Commence drilling the screw down into the earth keeping the EzyAnchor parallel to the earth so the screw penetrates at its set angle.
  10. Installation complete

Should you strike a solid object whilst installing the screw, remove and reposition the screw to another position close to or adjacent to the original required position.

REMOVAL:
  1. With your drill in hand and the Torx driver bit connected and secured within your drill chuck connect the Torx bit driver to the screw head.
  2. Hold the hook and guy rope in one hand, place the drill in reverse, and screw out.
  3. Removal complete

*In the event of a flat battery you can connect a shifting spanner to the driver bit shaft and unscrew manually to a point where you can remove the screw from the ground.
**Remember to regularly charge your drill or impact driver battery.

Postage Information

Orders are sent via Australia Post or Border Express and require signature on delivery.

If the parcel is not signed for, the item will be carded. This card will be left at the address supplied and will indicate where your parcel may be collected from.

Missing Parcels

On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Australia Post or Border Express Investigation Team. Unfortunately, these timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.

 

Incorrect Information

Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.

If parcels are not collected, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

Please note we only ship to Australia.

When can you return or exchange a product? 

Change of Mind:

You can return a product for change of mind and we will give you a refund, store credit, or we can exchange the product for you. We can do this as long as the item in question is:

  • returned within 14 days of receiving the order;

  • as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);

  • in a resalable condition; and

  • not damaged in any way.

We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

To return your item for change or mind, you need to follow our returns process. You may contact us via your MyDeal account.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping and any gateway transaction fees that RV Online incur by the payment gateway provider. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

Faulty Products:

Every product we sell comes with a manufacturers’ warranty. If you run into any issues with a product, you may contact us via your MyDeal account and we will let you know how to contact the relevant manufacturer and help you through their warranty process.

"Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law ("Consumer Guarantees"). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure."
