How to use:

Step 1: Connect the data cable interface to the computer's USB port, and the device icon should appear in the lower right corner of the computer screen.
Step 2: Click the DVD drive button and the chuck will appear.
Step 3: Please put the DVD in and press the disc so that it is stuck in the tray, then push the tray.
Step 4: Wait for the data to be read, "My Computer" displays the DVD RW drive, click to open.
Note: During work, the indicator light will light up from time to time, not always on.

Kind note:

Internal laser may be harmful to eyes and face, please do not turn it on.
Do not place the machine outside the press in an easily accessible place to ensure the function of the machine.
When using an external CD-ROM drive, please connect the external power supply of the laptop.
Before using an external CD/DVD drive, please check whether the computer has a "Media Player".
If you find that the external CD/DVD drive starts up a little slow, please wait for 5-10 seconds.
It is a CD/DVD burner, but not a Blu-ray drive, so it cannot play Blu-ray discs.
In order to save power, the indicator light will not be on all the time during work, and the light will be on for a while and off for a while

Due to unavoidable circumstances ,for some products delivery time could take from 3 to 4 weeks as we can't control the third party couriers.

Damaged Products

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately . Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged product to us at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us , If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
