Ronan By Clinet Bordeaux Blanc 2018
This is the third vintage of our white Bordeaux, carefully selected and blended by the
team at CLINET.
The vineyard is situated between Sauternes
and Saint-Emilion, on a promontory with
steep slops on either side. The clay-and-limestone terroir, the
orientation of the vines and the altitude combine to produce remarkable white wines.
Stainless steel vats are used for the vinification
and ageing with skin-contact maceration and
low-temperature alcoholic fermentation (between 16 et 18°).
Sustainable viticulture methods are
employed.
Badet Clément Chez Rosé Pays d'Oc 2020
A crisp IGP Rosé made from Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre and Cinsault that has an attractive salmon-pink colour and a generous weight of summer berry fruit. Lovely stuff!
Grenache Noir is a grape variety that gives the best it has to offer when
grown in a hot, Mediterranean climate.
The grapes are grown on 15 to 20-year-old vines planted on clay limestone
soils in the Languedoc region, between Montpellier and Sète, near the
Mediterranean coast. e yields are low (65hl/ha).
After pressing, an extensive racking of the must takes place in order to
obtain a very clear juice. e juice is then vinified as a white wine and
fermented at low temperature (15°C). For this Grenache, there is no
malolactic fermentation.
San Marzano Neruno Sangiovese 2018
The countryside around San Marzano, North Salento, close to the Ionian sea. At almost 100 metres above sea level, with high average temperature and little rainfall during the year. The soils are mainly composed of clay and characterized by a good presence of limestone, a reddish-brown colour and a very low depth. We are in the heart of the so-called terra rossa (red soil) land
