Change of Mind
We understand online shopping can be challenging when you are unable to physically feel or see the item prior to
purchase. If you are unhappy, you may return your item to us within reasonable timeframe of purchase if the item is unopened,
unused, and all original tags and labels are still clearly attached.
Items must be returned to our warehouse undamaged. We are unable to accept items damaged in transit.
Any associated return costs must be covered by you.
We reserve the right to make changes to this change of mind policy without notice.
Repair, Replacement, or Refund
You have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund of your item within reasonable timeframe from purchase if your item is
faulty, unsafe, does not work or is otherwise defective. You have the right to a repair, compensation, or refund, if
our product or service you have received is found to be defective or broken.
Repairs
If the problem with a product or service is minor, we may offer a free repair instead of a replacement, or refund
within reasonable timeframe from purchase.
Replacements and Refunds
If the problem with a product or service is major, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund within reasonable timeframe from
purchase.
Replacement items will be of an identical type to the item originally supplied unless the item is no longer available.
Refunds will be returned in the same form as your original payment and the same amount you paid at time of
purchase.
Returning the Product
You are entitled to return your item within reasonable timeframe from purchase if you believe there is a problem. You are
generally responsible for returning the product if it can be posted easily or returned. You are entitled to recover
reasonable postage and transportation costs if the product is returned, and we confirm that we agree there is a
problem and your claim to return is approved.
To make any claims for reasonable postage or transportation costs, receipts must be provided to assess your claim.
Return items must include the following information:

- Phone number
- Email address
- Delivery address
- Copy of proof of purchase (either copy or original).
Returns that do not include information listed above may be delayed in processing the claim.
If we deem the item to not be faulty, we will return your item to you, and you may be liable for these costs.
