The Ergon grip with a 2-finger, mini bar end, delivers more hand positions and improved leverage and stability when climbing or during out of the saddle cycling. The bar end angle can be adjusted independently from the angle of the grip for the perfect personal fit and the bar end doubles as a clamp to lock the grip in place and prevent movement while riding. All products purchased from Le Tour Cycles come with the full Australian manufacturer's warranty. If you should have any issue please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

All returned products will be tested and inspected for defects. If the item is faulty, we will post a working replacement.

If a replacement is unavailable, we will fully reimburse the customer. If the item is not faulty, it will be sent back at the customer's expense and no reimbursement will be offered.

Le Tour Cycles records the condition of items before they are sent out. Items that are claimed to be faulty and, when returned, exhibit damage incurred while in the customer's possession, will simply be sent back.

If the item is the incorrect size or does not suit your needs then you can return the item to us at the buyers expense.
