A beautiful cup and saucer celebrates Frozen's Anna and is a must have addition to your English Ladies Collection.
All English Ladies Disney Fine Bone China cups and saucers are hand-made and hand decorated in England, and finished with real Platinum. They are designed to mix and match, or simply pick your favourite princess for afternoon tea.
Please note: Due to the style of packaging used, our standard packaging policy does not apply with English Ladies Co products. While we do offer our usual returns policy should the product be damaged in transit, we are unable to accept returns due to damaged packaging of this line.
Imperfections to be expected as each piece is hand painted.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before Midday Sydney time on business days. Orders placed after midday or on weekends will dispatch on the next business day.
Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: In order for us to process a change of mind return you must make contact via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved you must return the item in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Refunds are offered on the purchase value less the cost of shipping. Items received back not in as-new condition are processed at our discretion depending on the saleability of the item.
ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us.
We will request a photo of the damaged goods so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution.
We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the package and take to the post office. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage.
Once we have received the damaged item back to us, we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
