Note: The base of this lamp is made from natural marble, manually polished and refined. The black-and-white patterns on the surface are the inherent veins and small fissures of the marble. During the manufacturing, handling, and transportation processes, slight chips or small nicks may occur along the edges. These do not generally affect the appearance or functionality of the lamp. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
The estimated delivery time is 2-8 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 14 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 14 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranties:
For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and the check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. The warranty is always a replacement warranty only.
OUTWAY is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and / or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
The warranty period on all products starts from the date of purchase of the original
product only, not when any product is repaired or replaced.
