Enduro Bearings introduced MAX-type bearings for bicycles over two decades ago, specifically to tackle the challenges associated with mountain bike pivots. These bearings revolutionize the industry by offering 35-40% more load capacity than standard radial bearings. Their unique design incorporates a custom ground slot in the races, allowing for the maximum number of balls to be inserted into the bearing. The added balls, along with deep race grooves, offer enhanced lateral support, effectively managing the twisting and multi-directional forces typically encountered in mountain bike pivots. This ABEC-3 Radial Bottom Bracket Bearing boasts 52100 High-Carbon chromium alloy races paired with grade 10 balls and a 90% fill of Almagard high-pressure, water-proof grease.

One of the primary applications for this bearing is as a direct replacement for Profile Racing Euro BBs.

The Enduro range of bearings is available in various materials including high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid, and XD-15 with ceramic or stainless balls. Regardless of the material, our bearings are consistently engineered with races featuring the deepest grooves possible to accommodate the largest balls and are equipped with dual-lip seals riding in micro-grooves, creating a comprehensive labyrinth.
