The patented MEDIGEL(R) design provides unparalleled support to balance the entire foot, while the air-infused, multi-height HEXAGEL(R) pods deliver comfort. The contoured arch with the magical heel donut relieves sore heels and plantar fasciitis.

Suitable to enhance the use of all styles of low heeled, slim-fitting shoes with a heel height lower then 4cm, Emily Braidwood footbeds can be transferred between trainers, lifting shoes, ballet flats, brogues, loafers, kitten heels, court shoes, wedges, espadrilles, mules, boots and sandals and are skin-stickable for barefoot activities.

After you place your order, it usually only takes us only 1-2 business days to pick and pack your order and get it picked up by the relevant courier.

Delivery times:

Average shipping time is 1-5 business days for metro areas and 3-10 Business days for regional areas. Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for certain products, your order eligibility and express charge will be confirmed at checkout.

Change of Mind

We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks), and some hygiene related products (e.g. cold therapy units). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
