Emerge Onyx (6 Months to 8 Years)
The InfaSecure Emerge Onyx allows the use of a six-point-harness from approximately 6-months through to a large 8-year-old. This offers superior protection to a wider range of children for longer. The harness buckle is height adjustable without removing the restraint from the vehicle.
Secur-air(TM)
Secur-air(TM) works hand in hand with Air Cocoon Technology(TM) (A.C.T) to dramatically reduce crash energy to the child's head. Emerge Onyx comes with A.C.T as a standard feature, which alone reduces crash energy to the child more than five times lower than the level required by the 2013 Australian Standard. With the addition of Secur-air(TM), your restraint gains a third layer of protection for your child's head, making it the safest restraint to date we have ever produced.
Air Cocoon Technology(TM) (A.C.T)
Emerge Onyx also features Air Cocoon Technology(TM) (A.C.T.). This enhances side impact protection through blow moulding shell design, which dramatically reduces the impact forces during a crash.
Twist & Lift(TM)
The Emerge's Twist & Lift(TM) system allows one-handed adjustment of the headrest and harness from the front of the restraint. No re-threading straps, no uninstalling - you can get the perfect fit in seconds, and it's never been easier.
Gradual Recline
The Gradual Recline system is extremely easy to use, allowing unrestricted recline positions. Using the recline is simple, without needing to remove the restraint from the vehicle. This means your child is always comfortable, regardless of age.
Active Bamboo(TM) accents
Emerge Onyx features Active Bamboo(TM) accents. Active Bamboo(TM) is a high performance, premium quality bamboo charcoal fabric. The gently woven yarn wicks away moisture, keeping your child cool and dry whilst offering a soft, smooth surface ensuring your child travels in complete child's skin. Onyx is available in the color Black Fleck.
