The Elwood collection is made from Tasmanian blackwood timbers. For those of you in the know you can attest to the timber's truly brilliant character, it actually comes up quite well in the photos but it's hard to give the timber the justice it deserves. It has lighter and darker streaks of colour running through and is beautifully finished with a satin varnish which allows its natural colour to beam through. If you are a timber lover and looking for a natural element to add some warmth to your space it will be hard to go past the Tasmanian blackwood timber. In terms of the general quality, build and finish these are excellent, complete with a clean simple design to stand the test of time.

RETURNS:

If you wish to return your item due to a change of mind, please contact us with 7 days of receipt.
Returned goods must be unmarked, in original condition and neatly wrapped in original packaging.
Once your return item as been received and inspected you will be issued with a refund for the product price.
Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

WARRANTY:

All products from Living Elements are covered with a 12-month warranty against workmanship and manufacturing defects. This only applies to residential customers.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:

Delivery charges are inclusive of full insurance.
If your item has been damaged in transit, we will organise a replacement item at our cost.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect the goods upon arrival and report any freight damages within 24 hours of receipt.
The damaged item needs to be returned packaged in the condition it was received.
If you wish to arrange for a refund instead of a replacement, the return will then be considered under the above change of mind policy.
