A good all round phone that was easy to set up and customise

Not a good deal. It said "Dual SIM" but it came from Hong Kong and doesn't support eSIM. Not happy.

I'm still trying to work this phone out. It took ages to download everything via smart switch and all my apps seem to need updates. So not sure what was going on there. Overall I liked the camera on my Note20 Ultra more, but that is only because I've just started using this one. Not completely sure how to get the best out of the 5 lenses as yet. But still work on that. I'm happy with price and colour I picked being the lemon.

The product itself is fantastic but the delivery was terrible, they should use another delivery company. Delivery was attempted on a Wednesday but i wasn't home so they left a card. They wouldn't let me pick it up until 2 whole days later and that was after 2 phone calls, terrible service.

The phone arrived brand new and unopened with the security seal . Very fast and reliable delivery service. Got the phone 3 days faster than expected . Highly recommend!!!!
