Phones great but had an issue with it at start upwas unable to activate it due to an issue with the phone not quite cleared of all previous apps or provider . Was unable to delete but managed to disable apps and got phone working on my simm had trouble bringing my info across but managed get it sorted don't know if any more issues will come about yet

At this early stage, I'm finding it OK, but having some issues pairing to all my other devices, and the car. Will work through the hiccups in the next few days hopefully. The particular S21+ that I chose had a particular notation in the suppliers blurb that this unit was actually NEW, not refurbished. But nothing in the parcel I received has any reference to NEW. But, I have to say, my friends and I were blown away with the speed of delivery. Perth to Brisbane suburb in less than 72hrs. I am also very happy that the supplier is in Australia, and I can phone them if I have any issues with the phone.
