Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks), and some hygiene related products (e.g. cold therapy units). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
