  • Everything is good about this product, I a, very happy with the purchase

  • Good purchase. Only downside is the short cord.

  • The product works well in heating the towels, but the electric cord is a bit too short, if your power point isn’t low down near skirt boards you might need an extension cord.

  • not enough heat towel cools as soon as its removed

  • I was disappointed with this one. It looks good, is not a bad size and was easy to put together, but I have to question how anyone can expect it to be fully stable when the feet are rounded. I had read the cable was short so knew that was an issue before I bought it, but it is so short the only place I can actually plug it in safely is the lounge. Not so useful down there. And finally, it really doesn’t seem to do too much in terms of warming a towel.

  • I wish I bought something with bigger wattage, because this takes way too long to warm up. If you're like me and take 5 - 10 min. showers, there's simply not enough time to warm up your towel and when you get out, it's not warm enough, so I have to turn it on some 30 minutes before intended shower to get it warmer. Don't waste your money and go for something stronger....

  • Awesome product that does exactly what I wanted it to do. I now have dry towels every day to use and they don’t have that awful musty smell that damp towels get after they have been used. Love it!

  • Product is value for money, I have a warm towel after my shower. It is more stable than others I viewed in a major store. I needed a longer power cord though.

  • Product was as described with prompt delivery. As per comments from other purchasers it would be nice if the power cord was longer plus a timer would be great. I do find it a little narrow for 2 bath towels though. However saying that it’s about the best plug in heated rack I could find.
