ECM has poured its expertise in the art of espresso into the Puristika, a single-boiler, PID-controlled coffee maker with pressure adjustment and a lean but modern design that looks gorgeous in any kitchen.Optimized for espressos With no steam wand or hot water valve, the ECM espresso machine is created solely for making delicious espressos. Its PID control ensures accurate water temperatures which you can set between 176° to 212° Fahrenheit. There’s also an adjustment knob on the front for setting your max brew pressure so you can experiment with different profiles.On the opposite side, you’ll find the pressure gauge. Keep in mind that this feature is not for pressure profiling and the knob shouldn’t be adjusted in the middle of an extraction. In order to give you peace of mind when shopping with us we offer a hassle free returns and exchange policy so you can return any purchased item within 14 days from the date of your order. We can provide an Alternative Brewing store credit, refund or exchange for another item, where the returned item is subject to the following conditions:

The item is returned within 14 days from the date of your order.
Presents 'as new' in appearance, is unused and shows no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that have been used.
Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
The item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
Alternative Brewing is not responsible for any freight charges on returned items unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a pre-paid return label to send the item back.
Items being returned must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
We do not accept returns on any machines, electrical parts, special order items, gift cards, apparel, books, posters and DVDs. So please choose wisely.
Items returned with a value >$400 will be eligible for a store credit or exchange only.
