Eberspacher Airtronic HS3 D5E Diesel Hot Water System. This Eberspächer Hydroplate system is suitable for installation into Motorhome, Caravan, Welfare, Utility and Messing vehicle applications. It utilises either a separate diesel fuel tank or the vehicles own diesel tank. It also requires a 12V DC power supply. The Hydroplate system is generally used when stationary, but can be used whilst on the move. Once installed all you need to do is switch it on and after approximately 10–15 minutes, the Hydroplate produces a constant flow of hot water at 40°C, to be used for washing and showering. The continuity of hot water supply is dependent on the flow rate of the domestic water pump, ideally being between 5 and 10 litres per minute. We can offer optional fan matrix units, that can be used to supply ducted hot air dependent on the specific application. Unopened Products

You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer and a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price will apply. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed. This is non-negotiable.

Opened Products

Opened products and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery and will be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 35% of the purchase price to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us, shipping prepaid & using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Opened returns must be in saleable condition with original materials and packaging. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed.
