We accept orders at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders will be shipped with in 2 business days. How exciting! Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. This however excludes public holidays.

Due to unavoidable circumstances ,for some products delivery time could take from 3 to 4 weeks as we can't control the third party couriers.

Damaged Products

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately . Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged product for inspection.
