Apart from the improved design the advantage of the IB-3740-C31 is that it can support 2.5" and 3.5" drives. This makes the device an ideal candidate for users looking for the maximum amount of direct-attached storage space since traditional spinning disks can accommodate a significantly larger amount of data than the largest solid-state drives. If you're looking to eke out maximum performance however you'll want to use 2.5" SSDs instead.
For the environment
When the host device is not being used or if the data transfer cable is not connected the IB-3740-C31 turns itself into standby mode automatically. In addition each drive bay has an LED indicator in order to provide information regarding HDD activity (read/write) fan settings and sync status.
Fast data transfer
The connection between the host PC and the external enclosure is realized by a USB 3.1 Type-C port. Thanks to the USB 3.1 (Gen 2) protocol a high data transfer rate of up to 10 Gbit/s can be achieved.

Reshipping an item / Item not picked up

If a product is deemed undeliverable due to you providing an incorrect address, not picking the item up or not being at your residence the reshipping fee will be charged. If not paid
the items are destroyed and no refund is given.

Change of Mind Returns

An image of the shipping label and evidence of the issue must be submitted.

1. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories and be in new condition suitable for resale.
2. You must have returned the product within 7 days of taking delivery of your product.
3. The product cannot have been used, as this makes the product a second-hand item.
4. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
5. The product must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
6. Your item must be returned to the originating warehouse, of which we will provide the address.
7. The original sealed packages or boxes were sealed and undamaged.

Refunds are not given until the product is returned and inspected.
The buyer pays for the return postage if the return is due to a change of mind.
