The delivery timeframe ranges from 1 to 14 business days, depending upon the shipping location. D-Still ships to all Australian states. Delivery times are as provided by our carriers and are estimates only. Delays may occur during busy periods or factors outside the carriers control.
All orders are shipped from our Gold Coast QLD warehouse. Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm (excluding major holidays). Providing us with your correct delivery address to ensure your parcel arrives safely. A late change in address may incur an additional fee. Once orders have been despatched, we are unable to re-direct deliveries. Orders are subject to stock availability.
Not to stress if something happens with your order in transit or you simply change your mind. If your product/s are damaged or faulty upon delivery, we will happily provide you with a full replacement. Unfortunately, this does happen on occasion (no matter how much bubble wrap we use) but accidents in transit does sometimes happen and that's ok. Simply contact us for assistance. Please have your reference number handy as this will enable us to assist you quicker.
