Normal delivery time is 5-12 working days (for Regional suburbs might take 2-6 more business days). Any delivery costs are stated in the order confirmation in a separate field. If there are special precautions regarding delivery, they are written in the comments field when ordering. We use Sendle to deliver parcels in Australia. You can't choose between delivery without or with delivery. On arrival of your parcel, please check your items for damages caused by shipping. In case you find any issue, please take a photo for the item in the box , photo of the sticker on the parcel 📦 and contact us immediately thru your account. Failing to do this as soon as defect detected, our insurance company might not cover the damage .
All our Electrical products are under 2 years warranty
If under warranty (Electrical), customer to ship product back to Dorsch for fixing, otherwise, Dorsch can send “free” the electrical spare part required.
All non-Electrical products have ONLY on-arrival warranty,
Once parcel is received, Open your parcel immediately & check everything inside.
All our shipments are insured in Australia.
If Damage on arrival, Dorsch will make sure that spare/replaced items are sent on their expenses.
In case of “on arrival” Damage, customer needs to:
Take a short video of the parcel during unpacking
Take a photo for the packaging and safety bubbles wrapping (as received)
Take a photo of the shipment label on top of the box
Take a photo of the damaged product
send all above along with order number by email
Our parcels are insured for on-arrival damages ONLY, customers need to check on-spot the products for damage check, Any enquiries we receive need to be reviewed thoroughly.
We check all items before sending, however Damages can still occur in-Transit.

In case abnormal functional damage shows up , we look into case-by-case.
We had a lot of customers who received pots with lid crashed on arrival, Others received it with broken handle or got it broken after many months, we cover this for sure, as long as we have the spare part – (we always keeps lids, handles or other spares)
Dorsch will charge for transporting the spare (up to 9$ max) , or it can be shipped free with customer new order.
