The Doggie Dooley Pet Waste Disposal System works like a miniature septic tank, utilizing natural bacteria and enzyme cultures to reduce dog waste to a ground absorbing liquid. The Doggie Dooley requires some installation by digging a hole in the yard. Add waste from your yard on a regular basis adding water each time you add waste. Add 1 Waste Terminator tablet per dog each week. The Doggie Dooley is a neat, clean, convenient way to dispose of dog waste. The Model #3000 Doggie Dooley features a galvanized steel tank and has a foot operated lid opener. The Waste Terminator is a non-toxic, mixture designed especially for dog waste. The Doggie Dooley is harmless to pets, lawns, and shrubs - an excellent way to dispose of dog waste safely and control odors. Note, like a home Septic system or Outhouse, there will always be dog waste in the Doggie Dooley. The waste breaks down continually, from a solid to a ground absorbing liquid. Works in all soil conditions except hard clay and heavy sand. Note, the Doggie Dooley works best in climates above 40F. During the winter months, activity will slow. When the yard is covered with snow, do not add any waste to the Doggie Dooley, wait until Spring again. Petacular Return & Refund Policy
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in original condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure proper handling and resale.
For health and safety reasons, several types of pet products are exempt from returns:
Perishable goods: Pet food, treats, and supplements cannot be returned.
Sanitary products: Pet grooming tools (brushes, combs, etc.), hygiene products, and bedding.
Personalized or custom-made items: Products customized for your pet.
Hazardous materials: Any items containing flammable liquids or other hazardous substances.
If your item does not fall into these categories and meets the eligibility criteria, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
Books or pet training guides with obvious signs of use.
Opened media items such as CDs, DVDs, software, or video games.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
If your item does not fall into these categories and meets the eligibility criteria, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, such as your credit card. The completion of this transaction will depend on the processing time set by the payment company.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer care team.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
Shipping returns
To return your product, contact our customer care team for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
