All returns must be directed through our Customer Service team.
Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
CHANGE OF MIND: If you are unhappy with your purchase or chose wrong option of your purchase accidentally, please contact us within 14 days. This will commence after receiving the order. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases, if the item is still new, unused and sealed a full refund will be processed once item is returned.And There will be a restocking fee on
Please contact us if you have a faulty item we will cover the return postage where necessary.
ADDRESS CHANGES:If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post/Aramex, you will be subject to a RTS(return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer.
Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us immediately to raise a warranty claim.
