Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
2. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and sealed
3. A 15% re-stocking fee and applicable freight fees will be charged for COM returns
4. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Love these heaters. We bought 2 and have saved us this winter. This 1 has stayed right near the fish tank and plants and all have survived with no issues, the other is moved to wherever we need warmth. Warms up a room in a matter of minutes and works well in our outdoor area as well.
